Collector T-shirts:
We suggest ordering the size you would typically wear in any t-shirt. Please follow the care instructions on the t-shirt tag for washing/drying instructions. Below you will find a general sizing guide for our T-shirts.

**Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time. Orders being shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses cannot be expedited.
Shipping Methods:
We currently use two different carriers: UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipping options. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package.
4. Gift Card Information
-Gift cards are also available at all of our restaurant locations.
-Gift Cards are redeemable at all of our locations. Unfortunately at this time Gift Cards are not redeemable for merchandise online. However, we would be happy to take your gift card payment over the phone at (800) 743-0128.
-Shipping is free for orders containing only Gift Cards. When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping/handling will be applied to the value of the items, not the Gift Cards.

You will receive a follow-up call or e-mail to verify your order information and the order will be sent out free of charge UPS Ground afterward. -We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you would like to purchase shipping that provides tracking and insurance for the gift card, please place your order with us at (800) 743-0128.
-Ordering a large quantity of gift cards and need to pay with a check? No problem! Give us a call at (800) 743-0128 and we can e-mail or fax you an invoice. Once we receive your check in the mail, we can mail out your gift cards.

3. Mail/Catalog
If you have a Merchandise Catalog, you can mail in a check or money order or pay with your Visa or Master card. If you don't have a catalog, we would be happy to mail you one. Please give us a call at (800) 743-0128 or e-mail us at catalog@innout.com
4. Fax
If you have a Merchandise Catalog, you can fax in your order form to (626) 813-8236 and pay with your Visa or Master card.
7. Returns and Exchanges
At In-N-Out Burger, the customer is our number one asset. So, we hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within sixty (60) days of the date of your purchase for an exchange, or refund.
