In-N-Out Company Store Shipping and Return Policy

At In-N-Out Burger, the customer is our number one asset. So, we hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within sixty (60) days of the date of your purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund. In order to assist us with your return, the following terms and conditions do apply.

What you must do:

On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), please describe the reason for the return and whether you would like to (1) exchange the item, (2) receive a credit towards another purchase from In-N-Out or (3) receive a refund of the amount that you actually paid for the returned item. If you do not have the packing slip, any piece of paper will do.

Pack and seal your return in the original package and with the packing slip, if possible.

Please include the sales receipt.

Send the package prepaid and insured to us at the address below. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please note the following limitations and exclusions:

You must have a valid sales receipt in order to receive a refund or credit. If you do not have a valid receipt, we will exchange the merchandise for the same merchandise only - no substitutes.

Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and not damaged after you receive it from us. Items that have been monogrammed, personalized or have been used are also not returnable.

If you request and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price actually paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable unless we have sent the wrong item or the item sent is defective or damaged at the time you receive it.

We can only offer a credit for the value of the item returned. Once the credit is issued, you have 90 days to redeem the issued credit.

We make every effort to process your return request promptly after we receive the returned item. However, please understand that during the holiday season and other busy seasons, it may take several weeks to process your return request and send you a replacement item or credit or refund.
