Shipping Policy

The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business Days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Expedited" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

At In-N-Out BurgerĀ®, the customer is our number one asset. So, we hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within sixty (60) days of the date of your purchase for an exchange or refund. In order to assist us with your return, the following terms and conditions apply.

What you must do:

  • Start your return by calling us at (800) 743-0128 or emailing us at CompanyStore@innout.com. We will provide you a prepaid return label and form.
  • Print your prepaid return label and fill out the form. Pack your return, in the original package, if possible, and include your form. Attach your prepaid return label to the package, and ship it at your nearest drop-off location.
    • If you do not have access to a printer, we will be happy to mail you a return label and form.
  • For exchanges, upon receiving the item(s), we will process the exchange and send your requested size and/or color back to the original address.
  • For refunds, upon receiving the item(s), we will call you to process the refund over the phone. Please note our system does not keep credit card information on file for security purposes.

Please note the following limitations and exclusions:

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. We will not exchange or refund items that have been monogrammed, personalized, or used.
  • If you request and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price actually paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless we have sent the wrong item or the item sent is defective or damaged at the time you receive it.
  • We make every effort to process your return request promptly after we receive the returned item. However, please understand that during the holiday season, it may take several weeks to process your return request and send you a replacement item or refund.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For example, we will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.
  • At this time, we do not offer international returns; however, please contact us if there are any issues with your order.

Online orders may also be returned in person with proof of purchase at any of our three retail locations.
